After conquering the hearts of over 10.000 Italians in 2 editions, Carbonara Festival has finally arrived in Denmark.
Thousands of people will be eating Carbonara together. Wine, beer, cannoli, and snacks will complete the experience.
The 2,3, and 4 of November, at the famous food market of Torvehallerne KBH, right in the center of the city, there will be an entire weekend dedicated to one of Italian’s most loved culinary specialties, carbonara.
Carbonara, with its iconic eggs, guanciale, pecorino combo, is one of most ancient and popular dishes of Italian, and in particular Roman, gastronomy.
For the event, Italian chefs will land in Copenhagen to deliver the most authentic carbonara experience to many people as possible!
